Ship, then learn
We move fast on small bets and slow on irreversible ones. A shipped 70% beats a perfect 100% that's still in Figma.
Write it down
Async by default across four time zones. If it isn't written, it didn't happen. Clear docs, clean PRs, kind comments.
Own the outcome
Not just your task — the whole result. "It wasn't my job" isn't a sentence we use here.
Disagree, then commit
Argue hard in the room. Commit fully outside it. Quiet sabotage doesn't exist on this team.
